Production
We produce metal manicure fillings (scissors, tweezers and nail files), which in a nice leather or artificial leather case represent essential hygiene equipment for every person. We then sell these to interested customers via direct order or e-shop.
Technology
We use presses for fineblanking to produce scissors and tweezers. The cut-out semi-finished products of the scissors then go through a rather complex production process, in which deburring machines, grinding and polishing machines, riveting machines, some manual work and a nickel plating line are used.
