Galvanic plating
Production
We use galvanic plating for our own products - nickel plating of metal manicure fillings. To supplement the production capacity of the electroplating plant, external orders are accepted.
Technology
The galvanic plating is processed in a galvanic bath with a rack and a drum technology. The rack technology is used for the visually demanding surface of the workpiece (manicure metal fillings), whereas the drum technology is used for the mass plating of workpieces with brass, nickel or both. The electroplating plant also includes a dehydrogenation furnace, which is used for steel surfaces.
