Stamping - fineblanking
Precise cutting of materials on Feintool presses (fineblanking, eccentric, hydraulic) up to a tensile strength of 550 MPa and thickness of 8 mm.
We manufacture pressed steel parts for various applications (cars, pumps, electric motors, air conditioning units). We process ordinary carbon steels and stainless steels in coils. We are able to meet even the most demanding requirements for pressing accuracy by using presses for precise cutting, the so-called fineblanking. The fineblanking represents a perspective technology, as it can often replace conventional machining by saving the number of production operations. This makes possible to significantly increase production productivity and thus reduce production costs.
The feinblanking enables the serial production of precision parts without torn cutting surfaces, so that without their additional post-processing, and parts can be produced by integrating forming and stamping operations into one work process. Swiss Feintool presses (we have 2 presses with a tonnage of 250t each) enable the combination of 3 forces, characteristic of fineblanking. This guarantees a very high dimension accuracy (according to the request, in hundredths of mm), flatness and shape.
Classic cutting is used here for the production of several non-automotive products. We use eccentric presses with a tonnage of up to 63t.
