Electroplating
Production
We use galvanic plating for our own products - nickel plating of metal manicure fillings. To supplement the production capacity of the electroplating plant, external orders are accepted.
Technology
We use plating technology in galvanic baths. We have a hanging up line and a drum line installed. We use the hanging up line for the visually demanding surface of the part (manicure metal fillings), while the drum line is used for the mass plating of parts with brass, nickel or both. The electroplating plant also includes a unhydrogening furnace, which is used for unhydrogening the surface of chain links for an external customer.
